Important Reminders
• Remember to email your Inventory list to pstow@bellsouth.net by November 17th. You may download an Inventory list sample by clicking on one of the following links: PDF, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
• “Set Up” is Friday, November 30th, starting at 9:00 in the morning. All set up MUST be completed by 3:00 in the afternoon. Your TAX-EXEMPT FORM will be at the check in desk for you to sign the morning of set up.
• Bring any additions to your Inventory list on set up day.
• The BA art show provides artists with hooks for pegboards or tables for non-canvas artists, booth signs, name tags, sale tickets and containers for sales.
• Artists should provide 6 lights (no more than 300 wattage). Extension cords for booth, easels and bins for any loose art work.
• Mandatory Artist Meeting and Dinner will be held Friday, November 30th at 4:45 in the new Black Box Theatre.
• Luncheon for Artists will be held Saturday, December 1 from 12:00 – 2:00 in the Upper School Board Room.
• Brentwood Academy’s Upper School Board Room will also serve as your Hospitality Room beginning Saturday morning and a hospitality cart will serve drinks and snacks through out the week-end.
Food For The Artists
Friday, November 30th:
12:00 pm – Lunch will be provided for all artists and volunteers outside the dining hall
4:45 pm – Artists dinner in the new Black Box Theatre. Due to space constraints, this is for artists only. If you are traveling from out of town with a guest, we will make an exception. Please let Elizabeth Lewis know if you will be bringing a guest (elizabethsl@comcast.net). The artist’s presale meeting will occur at this time.
Saturday, December 1st
12:00-2:00 – Lunch will be provided for artists in the Upper School Board Room.
Hospitality
The Upper School Board Room will also serve as the Hospitality Room beginning Saturday morning and continuing through Sunday afternoon. The hospitality cart will be coming through the art show on a regular basis with drinks and snacks for you.
